Creating surveys

The Customer Account Profitability > Create Survey page allows you to add and edit profitability surveys.

To access this page, on the FI Command Center, click Customer Account Profitability, and then click the Create Survey sub-tab.

The Create Survey tab includes two sub-tabs:

Drivers and transactions tab

Customer Account Profitability drivers are used to allocate costs from profitability pools to individual customer accounts. The Drivers and transactionssub-tab displays existing drivers and allows you to add new ones.

Survey setup tab

The Survey setup page allows you to create new profitability surveys. Creating surveys consists of the following steps:
